  • Understand software and application performance
  • Knowledge in monitoring tools (new relic)
  • Experience developing and managing high scale applications
  • Ability to direct and lead multiple senior technical engineers for issue resolution
  • Identifying, managing, and resolving time sensitive escalations
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the process
  • Remediate deviation of a process
  • Lead war rooms to ensure focus on major issues resolution
  • Point of contact for all major incidents
  • Represent the first stage of escalation for Incidents
  • Monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are respected
  • Identify, initiate, schedule and conduct incident reviews
  • Ensure the closure of all resolved and end-user confirmed Incident records
  • Performing escalation trend analysis and reporting.
  • Responsible for communicating major incidents to executive stakeholders



  • Bachelor´s degree (preferred computer science or other IT related)
  • English fluent / advanced
  • E-Commerce support experience
  • 3+ years managing incidents, escalations, crisis management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Spanish Intermediate (optional)
